The paperwork behind the Blue Jays
The paperwork Blue Jays deal with belongs to the Austin Metro Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Blue Jays took 10 league points out of eighteen games.
The waiver is the document everything turns on, and no player, manager, base coach or bullpen catcher may take part until it is complete.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
