How to join the Cigars
Players do not sign up with Cigars directly. They register with the Atlanta MSBL/MABL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Cigars publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The domain atlantamabl.com is a real address that a real league bought and still pays for.
Somebody who wants the Cigars specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
