How to join the Rays
Players do not sign up with Rays directly. They register with the Atlanta MSBL/MABL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Rays play out of Atlanta, GA.
Type it and you arrive somewhere -- just not at a baseball league.
Somebody who wants the Rays specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
