The paperwork behind the Pirates
The paperwork Pirates deal with belongs to the Atlanta MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Pirates play out of Atlanta, GA.
Type it and you arrive somewhere -- just not at a baseball league.
Whatever the Pirates ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
