How to join the Outlaws
Players do not sign up with Outlaws directly. They register with the Atlanta MSBL/MABL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Outlaws publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Whatever this league published -- divisions, a schedule, forty-odd Sundays, a decade of standings -- is currently unreachable by anybody, including its own players.
Somebody who wants the Outlaws specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
