The paperwork behind the ABC
The paperwork ABC deal with belongs to the Atlanta MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The ABC publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Whatever this league published -- divisions, a schedule, forty-odd Sundays, a decade of standings -- is currently unreachable by anybody, including its own players.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the ABC would keep it.
