How to join the Hurricanes
Players do not sign up with Hurricanes directly. They register with the Atlanta Men's Baseball Association, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Hurricanes finished third of six on winning percentage.
A new player fills in a signup form and hears from a league representative within two days about practices, games and clubs looking for players.
A side that played fourteen games will lose somebody over the winter, and High Cheese is where the replacement finds the club rather than the league.
