The paperwork behind the Pioneers
The paperwork Pioneers deal with belongs to the Asheville Adult Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league is the adult 18+ program inside the Western North Carolina Youth Sports Association.
The league's paperwork is the league's.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
