The paperwork behind the ValleyCats
The paperwork ValleyCats deal with belongs to Arizona NABA: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Registration and waivers sit behind the Dugout.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
