The paperwork behind the Astros
The paperwork Astros deal with belongs to the Alamo MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
A 0.071 winning percentage is what fourteen games produced for the Astros.
No rule book or waiver is published as a document.
Everything on paper behind 1-13 belongs to the league, and High Cheese is where the part that belongs to the club would live.
