How to join the Expos
Players do not sign up with Expos directly. They register with the Delaware MSBL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The league keeps a weekly scores page, a players of the week page and a current standings page.
A player joins the league and is placed.
Somebody who wants the Expos specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
