How to join the J Roo's
Players do not sign up with J Roo's directly. They register with the West Haven Twilight League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The league ranks on points: two for a win, one for a tie, none for a loss.
A player joins the league and is placed.
Somebody who wants the J Roo's specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
