Flensburg
Nothing is published about joining: no form, fee, deadline or roster limit.
Flensburg Falcons are 1-12 and minus 100 in a league where four clubs are tied in mid-table. Whatever separates them from the pack, some of it is players.
Flensburg is an unincorporated community. Finding nine men there is the whole problem.
High Cheese gives a league a free agent pool, so twelve clubs can be found by anybody within half an hour of Little Falls.
