Organized by somebody unnamed
Nobody is named as running this league. The association publishes an MBA Board of Directors and past minutes.
Scheduling eleven clubs onto between seven and nineteen fixtures each is a genuinely awkward job and nobody is credited with it.
High Cheese lets a league name its officers and hand out real permissions.
