How to join the Cardinals
Players do not sign up with Cardinals directly. They register with the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
Everything public about the Cardinals is the Twin Cities MSBL/MABL's.
The platform is out across every league it hosts.
Somebody who wants the Cardinals specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
