Close to a city, invisible from it
Nothing is published about joining: no form, fee, deadline or roster limit.
These five villages sit within about thirty minutes of St. Cloud. Roscoe are 5-13 and Farming 7-12.
There is no page by which anybody in St. Cloud could find out that Farming has a baseball team, let alone offer to play for it.
High Cheese gives a league a free agent pool, so five village clubs can be found from the city up the road.
