North End
Nothing is published about joining: no form, fee, deadline or roster limit.
North End Storm are 0-12 and minus 123. They are named for a St. Paul neighbourhood and play in a city of three hundred thousand people.
Whatever that club needs, a substantial part of it is players, and there is no page anywhere by which somebody in St. Paul could offer.
This is the clearest single case in the directory for a findable league page with a join button on it.
High Cheese gives a league a free agent pool, so seven clubs can be found by anybody in the city.
