How to join the Longhorns
Players do not sign up with Longhorns directly. They register with the St. Louis Men's Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
Its address ends in a Windows library call, mgwms32.dll, which is what a league looks like when its software has outlived its decade.
Nothing on the web takes a signup.
Somebody who wants the Longhorns specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
