Who runs the Twins
The Southwest Washington Adult Baseball League publishes no officers for Twins. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The league names an executive board in its rules as the body that ratified them, and names its two founders on the About page.
The person who knows everything about the Twins will stop turning up eventually, and naming the officers on High Cheese takes a minute before that happens.
