Who runs the Tortugas
The Southwest Washington Adult Baseball League publishes no officers for Tortugas. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The league names an executive board in its rules as the body that ratified them, and names its two founders on the About page.
A club with nobody named publicly is unreachable by anybody new, and a High Cheese page names the people the Tortugas already have.
