The paperwork behind the Giants
The paperwork Giants deal with belongs to the Southwest Washington Adult Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
All of it belongs to the league.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
