No board published
The White Bear Township publish no board, officers or committee. Bill Capocasa is named as manager and that is the only role attached to the club.
The Minnesota Baseball Association publishes its own directors and past minutes, but that governs the association rather than anything in White Bear Township.
Bill Capocasa is the only role attached to White Bear Township anywhere public, and High Cheese lets a club name its officers in a minute.
