The paperwork behind the Pirates
The paperwork Pirates deal with belongs to the Sioux Amateur Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Pirates came out of the season -12 on runs.
It is the only document the league publishes.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
