The paperwork behind the Cubs
The paperwork Cubs deal with belongs to the Sioux Amateur Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Cubs came out of the season -18 on runs.
It is the only document the league publishes.
Whatever the Cubs ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
