Eighteen to thirty-five
The Clearwater River Cats publish a roster with jersey numbers, positions, ages, bats and throws, school and experience level. The ages on it run from eighteen to thirty-five.
Seventeen years, straight out of high school to the mid thirties, across a twenty-six game season. That is a lot of Saturdays for men who mostly have jobs.
The roster stays where Clearwater River Cats put it. Republishing a list of named people with their ages and schools attached is not something a directory gets to decide for a club.
A roster running 18 to 35 is the most interesting thing about Clearwater River Cats, and on High Cheese the club decides how much of it is public.
