Eligibility, tracked
The existence of a Playoff Eligibility Public page tells you something real about how this league runs: there is a threshold, players are measured against it, and the league considered it important enough that every player should be able to check his own standing against it without logging in.
None of it is visible. No bracket, format, seeding or champion appears either.
A High Cheese league page keeps the bracket and the winning roster attached to the season, and produces the appearance counts an eligibility rule depends on from the games themselves -- as pages, which is what the word public in that URL was aiming at.
