The rules the River Bandits play under
The River Bandits play under the Pittsburgh Adult Baseball League rule book.
They are one of twelve clubs the directory carries for this league.
The league sets the rules and publishes what it publishes.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
