The paperwork behind the Twins
The paperwork Twins deal with belongs to the Peoria Sunday Morning MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Twins play out of Peoria, IL.
Not Peoria MABL -- Peoria Sunday Morning.
Whatever the Twins ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
