League rules
Kohl's Diamond Gallery Royals play under Peoria Sunday Morning League rules rather than any code of their own. The league sets playing rules, eligibility and discipline centrally.
Rules are held centrally and clubs are expected to have read them.
Rules that live three clicks from the schedule get read by nobody, and High Cheese puts them together.
