The paperwork behind the Cowboys
The paperwork Cowboys deal with belongs to the Omaha Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
There is no waiver, no rule book and no form.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
