Eighteen to twenty-four
The Fosston Trash Pandas publish a roster with jersey numbers, positions, ages, bats and throws, school and experience level. The ages on it run from eighteen to twenty-four.
Six years, top to bottom. That is the second narrowest genuine range in this set after Dent, and it goes a long way toward explaining an eleven game season: a roster of men in their late teens and early twenties is a roster of men who leave for school in August.
None of it is reproduced here. A published roster is real people from Fosston with their ages and schools attached, and it is theirs rather than ours.
18 to 24 on one bench is a fact worth surfacing, and High Cheese puts a club's roster where the club can shape it.
