Eighteen to twenty-nine
The Agassiz Gamblers publish a roster with jersey numbers, positions, ages, bats and throws, school and experience level. The ages on it run from eighteen to twenty-nine.
That is a young roster by town ball standards, where a forty-year-old pitcher is unremarkable. Agassiz are fielding recent high school and college players almost exclusively.
We do not reprint it. It is a list of named people with their schools attached, and Agassiz Gamblers publishing it does not make it ours to copy.
18 to 29 on one bench is a fact worth surfacing, and High Cheese puts a club's roster where the club can shape it.
