Nobody named
The league names nobody. There is no commissioner, no registrar and no email on the record we hold, and the third-party listing is explicitly unclaimed, meaning nobody from the league has ever confirmed a word of it.
That is a fixable thing. One named contact on a page the league controls is the difference between a listing and a league, and High Cheese exists to be the page rather than the listing.
