No board published
The Kimball Express publish no board, officers or committee. Tom Marquardt is named as manager and that is the only role attached to the club.
The Minnesota Baseball Association publishes its own directors and past minutes, but that governs the association rather than anything in Kimball.
Tom Marquardt is the only role attached to Kimball Express anywhere public, and High Cheese lets a club name its officers in a minute.
