The paperwork behind the OutlawRats
The paperwork OutlawRats deal with belongs to the Mid-American Masters Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
It is 43 and over, and each club may carry three players aged 43 or 44.
Nothing a club produced appears anywhere.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
