The paperwork behind the Blacksox
The paperwork Blacksox deal with belongs to the Mid-American Masters Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league counted 95 members when this page was written.
The league's paperwork is the league's.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
