Who the Orioles are
The Orioles are an adult baseball club in the MW60 division of Maine Woods Baseball, midcoast Maine.
They finished 1-8-1 across ten games, fourth of four on winning percentage.
At 1-8-1 they have the worst record on either table. The league prints their percentage as .180, where the half-a-win rule that fits every other row on both tables gives .150.
Its own requirements are wood bats and a deep-seated love for the game, and after that a positive attitude and team camaraderie.
1-8-1 on a league standings page is the whole public record of this club's summer, and High Cheese is where the games behind it live.
