What is counted
The Long Island MSBL/MABL keeps batting and pitching categories across the 35+ division on its LeagueLineup site: at bats, runs, hits, doubles, triples, home runs, RBI, average, walks, steals and on base percentage, with wins, saves, innings, ERA and strikeouts on the pitching side.
Whether Long Island Mariners appear in those tables depends entirely on whether somebody entered the scorebook.
Statistics that exist only as a league leaderboard vanish for a club the moment it stops leading, and High Cheese keeps Long Island Mariners their own.
