What survives
The Long Island MSBL/MABL keeps old seasons in a dropdown on its LeagueLineup site, so previous Long Island Express records exist as long as the league keeps paying for the site.
No founding date, honours list or club history is published for Long Island Express anywhere.
A history held inside somebody else's dropdown disappears with the account, and High Cheese gives Long Island Express their own.
