The city, or nobody
The only contact route on record is City of Lansing Parks & Recreation adult sports. No league email address, telephone number, officer or contact form is published anywhere.
So a manager from another league wanting to arrange a game, a business wanting to sponsor a club, or a player wanting to ask whether the 40+ has room all end up at a municipal switchboard. A claimed league on High Cheese keeps its own contacts on a page beside the schedule, so a league inside a parks programme is still reachable as a league.
