Chokio and Dumont
Nothing is published about joining: no form, fee, deadline or roster limit.
Chokio and Dumont are villages of a few hundred people each, out on the western prairie, and both field baseball clubs. Chokio are winless in the league.
Morris has a university campus in it, which is the one visible source of players in this league, and there is no page connecting the two.
High Cheese gives a league a free agent pool, so six clubs can be found by a student or anybody else within driving distance.
