How to join the D-Rays
Players do not sign up with D-Rays directly. They register with the Kansas City MSBL/MABL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The D-Rays publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Our records already carry a Kansas City league whose hosted site was folded into a software vendor's homepage and erased.
Somebody who wants the D-Rays specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
