Twice in one city
Our records already carry a Kansas City league whose hosted site was folded into a software vendor's homepage and erased. This is the second, and it has gone a different way to the same place: kcmsbl.com resolves, and returns a HomeTeamsONLINE error page reporting that it could not connect to what you asked for.
Two Kansas City adult baseball leagues, two different platforms, two identical outcomes -- nothing readable, nothing recoverable, nothing a searching player can use.
The current outage is platform-wide and may well end this week. The pattern will not.
A High Cheese league page is the version that survives both failure modes, because the address belongs to the league. The schedule, the standings and every roster render as pages the league owns, and a vendor's bad day stops being a league's disappearance.
