Through the manager
KASEY TOLLE is listed as the BLACK SOX manager on the Kansas City Amateur Baseball Association site, and no club email address or phone number is published alongside it.
Reaching a club through a league's contact page means reaching the league first, which is one hop more than anybody wants.
A contact that is one name on a league page disappears when that person does, and High Cheese gives the club an address that does not.
