Eighteen to thirty-five
The Perham Pirates publish a roster with jersey numbers, positions, ages, bats and throws, school and experience level. The ages on it run from eighteen to thirty-five.
Seventeen years, straight out of high school to the mid thirties, on a club that lost four games all summer. A working-age roster with no minors on it and no veterans past thirty-five is unusual in this league, where most clubs are reaching in both directions to fill the sheet.
None of it is reproduced here. A published roster is real people from Perham with their ages and schools attached, and it is theirs rather than ours.
Perham Pirates publish a roster on somebody else's platform under somebody else's terms; High Cheese lets the players decide what shows.
