The paperwork behind the Spruce
The paperwork Spruce deal with belongs to the Fairbanks Adult Amateur Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Spruce are one club of 7 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
Putting the entire rulebook on a public web page instead of behind a PDF link is the right instinct and rarer than it should be.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Spruce would keep it.
