The paperwork behind the Mets
The paperwork Mets deal with belongs to the Detroit MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
A request to the league's own address returns a page with the club's name nowhere in it.
Whatever paperwork exists is inside a system nobody outside can open.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
