Nobody named
Denver NABA publishes no officers, manager or committee for the Bears 53. The league names its own president on its front page and stops there.
A club at this level is a manager, somebody who collects the fees and whoever brings the bases.
The person who knew everything about Bears 53 will stop turning up eventually, and naming the officers on High Cheese takes a minute before that happens.
