The league's paperwork
Every document behind the Brewers belongs to Denver NABA: registration for the season and fall ball, and whatever waivers the league collects.
Registration is the document that matters here, and it opens twice a year.
The paperwork Brewers actually hand a new player belongs to Brewers, and High Cheese is where it lives.
