Nobody named
Denver NABA publishes no officers, manager or committee for the Degenerates. The league names its own president on its front page and stops there.
A club at this level is a manager, somebody who collects the fees and whoever brings the bases.
A club with nobody named publicly is unreachable by anybody new, and a High Cheese page is the fix.
